Walking along this black sands beach one evening, the clouds began rolling in. We could see surfers all along the shoreline, waiting to ride the next wave out. Though there was palpable energy in the the air from the storm rolling in, there was an incredible sense of calm. I could feel the power from the earth and knew I had the same strength within myself.
